These terms are an agreement between you and PuntHub (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using PuntHub you agree to them. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
1. What PuntHub is
PuntHub is an information service about Australian horse racing. It compares prices published by bookmakers, estimates each runner's chance, rates form and values bookmaker promotions. PuntHub is not a bookmaker. We never accept bets, hold your money or place bets for you. You bet with your own accounts at licensed bookmakers.
Everything on PuntHub is general information. It is not financial or betting advice and does not take your circumstances into account. Probabilities, ratings, fair prices and expected values are estimates from statistical models and can be wrong.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must follow the gambling laws where you live, and you are responsible for the bets you choose to place.
- If you have excluded yourself from gambling (for example through BetStop), please don't use PuntHub.
3. Your account
- An account is for one person. Don't share your login. A Syndicate plan covers up to 5 people, each with their own account.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms: for example by sharing logins, scraping or reselling our data, or abusing other members.
4. Plans, trials and cancelling
- Plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars and renew automatically until you cancel: Solo $29 a month, Syndicate $99 a month. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Solo includes a 1-day free trial, once per person. You give a card at the start. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the first month is charged when it ends.
- You can cancel at any time from Your account → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- We don't refund part months, except where the law requires it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- We will tell you at least 14 days before a price change takes effect for your plan. You can cancel before it does.
- Free access given by a friend code is at our discretion, and we may end it.
- A Syndicate's members have access while the owner's plan is paid. If the owner cancels or a payment fails for good, members lose access too.
5. Data and accuracy
Prices, fields, scratchings and results come from third parties and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check the price with your bookmaker before you bet. Past results, including our published records, do not guarantee future results.
6. Fair use
PuntHub is for your personal use. Don't copy, scrape, resell or republish its data or content. Don't access it by automated means, or try to break its security or get around its limits.
7. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for betting losses or for any indirect loss from using PuntHub. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Where the Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that can't be excluded, our liability is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies. You can delete your account at any time from Your account. These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia.
